With the end of summer nearing and a new season upon us, I think it's safe to say that most of us feel drained, sluggish, and uninspired from the fast-paced nature that summer brings.

If you know anything about me, you know that food and routines have profoundly transformed my life. They're also what saved my life. After healing a 17-year eating disorder, I've come to realize that food at its core is simple. However, I deeply understand how complex and complicated it can be. I've undergone various transformations throughout my lifetime, and the common denominator has always been food and wellness.

With food and routines being the cornerstone of my life, I knew I wanted to create a program that embodied my learnings from being a 4x Certified Nutritionist and my way of eating, living, and being. I wanted to create something so you could see firsthand how food and simple wellness practices can transform your life. 

Though our bodies detox daily through our kidneys, liver, and lymphatic system, there’s only so much it can do without proper nutrients and care. When we cleanse our physical bodies, we not only release toxins, but old thought patterns, behaviors, and situations that no longer serve where we’re going. When we cleanse, we create the space to listen to ourselves from WITHIN. We are meant to be constantly EVOLVING.

If you know anything about me you know that I thrive on routines and taking the utmost care of myself. Which not only includes what I eat, but how I care for my body, and mental health. The reason why I thrive on routines, consistency, and nourishment is because it’s what quite literally saved my life. Before I embarked on any of this, I was the antithesis of wellness. I had zero routines, zero consistency, and struggled with a sense of self.

Health and wellness isn’t a trend for me, it’s personal. It runs deep in everything I do. When I went back to school to become a 4x Certified Nutritionist I knew I wanted to share in a different way. I’m not here to give you nutritional facts, a macronutrient count, or a meal plan that’s tailored specifically to you and your body. We’re all highly individualized people and what works for some will not work for others and that’s okay. What I am here to give you is my personal experience and knowledge, my love for plant-focused nutrition, and creating a life that you can’t wait to wake up to.

  • This program is entirely plant-based. It’s important to note that I designed this program to be low in protein due to it being a cleanse.

    Protein (especially animal protein) is a macronutrient that takes a lot of energy to break down and digest. By removing extensive amounts of protein, your body won’t be expending tons of energy breaking down your food. However, there are options for more protein in this. But remember, it’s only seven days.

  • This program contains an 82 page PDF, a seven-day meal plan with 20 plus recipes that you can pick and choose from. There is a comprehensive instruction guide, a daily journal with unique prompts, shopping lists, resource guide, and more.

  • Once you have purchased and downloaded the PDF it’s yours forever.

  • I believe that the home we live in, not just physically, but the body we reside in, should be a clean and cleansed one. If you’re constantly living in a space that’s not taken care of, it will begin to impact your entire life. Instead of feeling inspired, expansive, and clear, you will most likely feel the opposite.
