Vanilla Maca Date Shake with Sprout Living

Ingredients

2 scoops (38g) of Sprout Living Vanilla Lucuma Protein

1 cup (240mL) unsweetened soy milk

1 cup (85g) of frozen riced cauliflower

1 date

½ frozen medium banana

1-2 tbsp (6-13g) unsweetened peanut powder or 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or tahini

1 tsp (4g) maca powder 

1 tsp (3g) cacao nibs

1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract

½ tsp (2g) almond extract

Pinch of salt

Method

Place all ingredients except for the cacao nibs in a high-speed blender. Blend for about a minute or until the smoothie is your desired consistency.

For thicker smoothies, add less liquid and a few ice cubes. For thinner smoothies, add more liquid. 

Add in the cacao nibs and pulse for 5 seconds. 

Pour into a glass and top with more cacao nibs and flakey sea salt.
