Farmers markets will always have a special place in my heart. There’s something about getting up early, grabbing a matcha, your reusable bags, and partaking in your neighborhood’s festivities. Typically farmers markets are held in the spring/summer but in Seattle, we’re lucky enough to have a few markets that run year  round. To be completely honest, I wasn’t able to participate in the market as much as I’d like to this summer. However, I’m really glad Benjamin and I were able to squeeze this trip in before leaving for New York City. I feel so fortunate that I have access to something like this and that I am able to buy fresh, local, and organic produce to bring home and cook with that very same day. It’s something a lot of us (including myself) take for granted. If you live or are visiting the greater Seattle area and want to go to a farmers market, I highly recommend going to the markets I’ve listed below as they’re year round. Follow along as we shop for dinner! Make sure to scroll through to see the rest of Seattle’s year round farmers market schedule.
