Every year Total Foods and I curate a workshop series that will hopefully not only inspire but educate you on all things wellness. Last year we took a deep dive into self-care and emphasized on it being an individual thing, and to not feel pressured by social media since self-care truly looks different for each and every one of us.

This year we changed things up a bit. We wanted to hear from you, and you came back to us with some great questions that was really fun to address in this year’s panel discussion. The majority of you were interested on the topic of relaxation (especially in the world we live in now). We chatted about mindful living and what that can entail (again, it’s not a one-size-fits-all) regarding routines in your daily life. We discussed all things aromatherapy, natural skincare, and lifestyle. Then Tomo Ikezawa led her exercise class and guided you through using your essential oils while practicing mindful exercise.

Conclusion

I’m truly honored to collaborate with Total Foods and Total Workout each year. It’s been really exciting to create a space where we can all connect and open up as humans whilst making some of my favorite natural beauty products. Thank you again to everyone who came, participated, and shared. And an even bigger thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible. It truly takes a village and I couldn’t of done this without your help. With that being said, looking forward to next year’s event!
